      We are happy to exchange your item, however the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

      Retail Return Policy

      For returns and exchanges please visit  https://ckbradley.happyreturns.com/

      Retail returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Thereafter, up to 30 days, customers will be given 'store credit'. Returned items may not be worn or altered. 

       If you are not within the 14 day return window, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us via email at caroline@ckbradley.com or call 401.619.3912.  

       If a package is lost or damaged and has not been insured or packaged safely by the sender CK Bradley is not responsible.

      Damaged Shipments

      If you receive a damaged shipment from CK Bradley please save ALL packaging that the damaged item arrived in as well as any packing materials and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately at (401) 619-3912.

      You may be required to return all of the packaging (box or envelope), packing materials, and items to CK Bradley, UPS or USPS in order for us to make an insurance claim.  If boxes, envelopes, etc. are thrown away we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
